Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff made my family’s stay enjoyable, particularly as we appreciated the central location which allowed easy access to explore the nearby attractions.

i was honestly appalled by my stay. the breakfast was so cold and limited that i woudl ve been better off skipping it altogether. i also experienced dreadful communication with the night staff, whose english was non-existent. as a frequent traveler, i expected at least a complimentary welcome gift for the trouble i endured, but alas, nothing. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

Checking in felt seamless. my room was ready early, allowing me to unpack right away. The location near the main square made exploring the city easy. I appreciated the double-layered windows blocking street noise, which meant restful nights. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. a la carte options offered unique choices rather than the usual buffet. I found the staff exceptionally polite and helpful, particularly the young woman who guided me to local attractions. The room itself was comfortable, with decent amenities, but I did notice some maintenance issues, like a faulty shower head that was promptly addressed. Wi-Fi in my room was spotty, but it worked well in the dining area. Overall, I'd recommend this place for its charm and service despite minor inconveniences.

Exceptional location, stunning views, charming decor
The bathroom plumbing definitely needs urgent fixing due to unpleasant odors!!! Having no elevator is a hassle for guests with luggage. The slow, old lift hardly adds to the experience. Improper soundproofing from the street makes it hard to relax!!!

The location is unbeatable, right on the main square with a junior suite boasting a small balcony offering direct views. The suite is fairly comfortable, featuring a nice second sitting area with a second TV.
The entrance feels uninviting, shared with other businesses, and the old lift is painfully slow. The room can feel gloomy due to limited natural light, and there is an occasional unpleasant drainage smell in the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast is not a buffet, and the setting could use some sprucing up to match the rest of the hotel.
